I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the pier and overlooking the water. It was so convenient to have the ferry boat right across from the hotel, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. There was even a big supermarket nearby, which was great for stocking up on snacks and drinks. The service at this venue was top-notch, from the welcome drink upon arrival to the helpful staff who provided assistance with tours and tickets. The room amenities were excellent, with heating and air conditioning to ensure my comfort, a cozy sitting area, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. I also appreciated the convenience of the in-room safe for storing my valuables. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from, and the dining area had a lovely view of the garden. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel is conveniently located by the seaside, just next to the pier. There is also a big supermarket nearby to bring your own food. the room was spacious and came with comfy beds, robes and amenities, and the lady at the reception was very sweet and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient.

The hotel lacked authenticity and traditional ryokan vibes.

We had a wonderful stay! Best aspects were the beautiful onsen, excellent Japanese meals, spacious rooms with comfy beds and private toilet, and amazing sea views from the windows. Additionally, there were ferry and transportation services right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore this city and its surroundings.

The location of this hotel was perfect as it offered stunning views of the bay. It was only a short walk to the beach, which was clean with refreshing water. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, catering to our breakfast requests. the spacious rooms were stylish and incredibly comfortable after a long day of walking.

The lack of nearby restaurants was a downside, meaning that we had to resort to buying our food from a nearby supermarket. Despite the modern facilities, the ryokan was cold due to the lack of central heating, but it wasn't an issue once in the warm bed.
